Telford STaRS

Supporting those affected by drugs and alcohol in Telford & Wrekin

The service is free and confidential, serving both children and young people 10+ and adults 18+. Telford STaRS is led by Inclusion (part of South Staffs and Shropshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust) working with Aquarius and Willowdene.

Service announcements:

All of our drop-ins and group work sessions have been suspended until further notice. This is a precautionary measure due to Coronavirus (Covid-19).

What help can we offer?

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: PLEASE NOTE, FACE-TO-FACE SERVICES ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED. WE WANT TO CONTINUE TO SUPPORT YOU WHERE NECESSARY AND WE HAVE ALTERNATIVE SUPPORT OPTIONS AVAILABLE. 

We want to enable you to make the changes that you want to make, whether that is to reduce or completely stop your use. We can provide a team of doctors, nurses, recovery workers, community connectors, peer mentors and recovery coaches to help you achieve this.

Success for us is when you hit your goals and enabling you to be happy, healthy and well. We look forward to achieving this with you.

Services in Telford & Wrekin

Telford STaRS is for anyone (children and young people from 10+ and adults 18+) who is using, or affected by the problems associated with drugs and/or alcohol.

We have a main hub at Whitechapel House in Priorslee and use a range of satellites for set times each week and also outreach venues – the map illustrates some of these, but to find out more call us.
